Here are just a few of the wonderful quilts. Every time I see the pattern I think one year I may have to think about making it, I think it is stunning.
The lone star pattern is also one of my favorites. I love how the flowers add to the star.
This log cabin also caught my eye. Like how the different size strips makes it look like cured piecing.
Also love the curves in this next quilt. So much movement.
I also love some of the simple patterns, I think I may need to see what fabrics I have to make this quilt, nothing like simple squares.
This show always has a really good merchant mall, This year I think I spent more time in the mall than looking at the quilts. A few things decided that they wanted to come home with me.
The batiks in the back just talked to me, while most of the fat quarters are destine for bags (is any one surprised by that), and I just love the little Bunny stitchery quilt kit.

Those are some lovely quilts - I really like the curved one as well. For some reason I am not able to click to get the pictures larger. The log cabin quilt does look curved as well - how are the strips different sizes?
You are lucky to have nice weather for the drive this time of the year in Alberta!!
You bought some wonderful fabrics! Can't wait to see how you use them!
Those quilts are beautiful! Very talented people!

Floss,
What lovely quilts- I had forgotten that there was going to be a quilt show in Red Deer. My folks live there- I am sorry that I didn't go for a visit and have a look - it looks like it was a wonderful show. The merchantile mall finds are lovely too.
Regards,
Anna
